Arequipa Campiña
After a filling breakfast we begin the morning with an interesting journey through ancient districts around the city . At the beautiful Yanahuara we will make a short hike into the green countryside of the district of Chilina where we can see ancient Inka platforms and irrigation systems. You will get to appreciate the view of the vegetation of the Chili river and fruit crops in the region. From Carmen Alto's beautiful lookout point we will see the 3 mountains surrounding the city of Arequipa: Volcano Misti, Chachani and Pichu Pichu. Here you can take the best pictures while sipping on one of the tasty exotic fruit juices.
Around midday we will visit a restaurant in Yanahuara to enjoy a typical Arequipenian lunch. Might we add that Arequipa's food and culinary art is recognized at the international level! We continue our tour with a visit to the Santa Teresa monastery and the restored neighborhood of San Lazaro where the city of Arequipa was found. At Plaza San Francisco there are many craft centers where artisans arequipeños create authentic ceramics and textiles from alpaca wool. You will have a wide variety of crafts to choose from to bring back as souvenirs recognizing the beauty and authenticity of Peruvian culture.
Yura full Day
We will start our third day early in the morning with a tasty breakfast. We will then take a transportation to visit the traditional village of Yura, about 30 km outside of Arequipa. We will walk through the village of "Yura Viejo" which means old Yura. Here you will see the church that was built in ashlar pink, get to know hot springs that contain natural iron and sulfer and are often used for medical purposes by locals.
Yura offers a great amount of impressive nature as you will discover during the exciting hike where you will appreciate the beautiful valley and its big hills along which the river Yuramayo runs. A short climb through the desert mountain will bring us to all sorts of cactus species, small waterfalls and eventually the beautiful Cathar Ccorontorio of Capua (35 meters), a source of life for everything that grows in this exotic place. At our return to the old village of Yura we will have lunch at another typical restaurant and enjoy the sun and tranquility of this quiet and relaxing place. By the afternoon we will return to the city of Arequipa. At night, you can dive into Arequipa's nightlife, head out for a quiet drink or surrender to your bed so that you are well rested to take your flight or bus the following day.
Itinerary

-Return to small village of Yura
- Hot springs (sulphophenoxy ferruginous) 1 hour
-lunch in restaurant Yura typical meal
-Visit the town and valley Yura.
-5:00 pm: return to the city of Arequipa to rest
-evening: night pubs and resto-lounges a Historical Center
-Return to the lodge
